just installed skype on pc and tried as a test to ring my own mobile phone number,this number came up with place name Ammanford,so possible skype made calls to mobile or home phone?

cold called me on my unlisted number (which is already listed as do not call on the telephone preference service) claimed I d won a cruise and had to key 9 to claim it...

this number amongst many others, keeps calling but cuts off when I answer .

I received a call from two british east Indian sounding guys saying that they were calling from The online trading academy. The first one asked me personal info like what I did for a living and what I was currently trading... He then said he would put me on with his highly accredited colleague who then asked me to install an app called Anydesk so that he could screen share charts with me. Recruitment agency called Explore Group

This is an India based recruitment company that pretend to be calling from London. They use a very cheap connection such as Skype and together with their heavy accents makes them understandably. They offer contracts well below market rate and under dodgy conditions. just tell them you don t deal with foreign agencies and hang up

I think this is a scam number aiming to talk the vulnerable (ie people with debts) into giving out their bank details. I terminated the call as soon as they mentioned debts/creditors
