SCAM. Nothing happened when I picked up - as in no one said or did anything. After a bit of research I found that other people also received a scam call from this number.

Lady with Indian accent claiming to be from "The Phone House Company" and wanting to upgrade me to a new iPhone 11. I asked how they have my number and she said from a shared database of all UK providers, although this would seemingly breach GDPR for sharing customer's contact details and wouldn't make sense for the businesses to risk losing customers this way. A SCAM - be very careful as the person on the phone will try to get you to download a programme called "anydesk.com" which gives remote access to your computer. In my case the person said he was from SKY and was checking on my report on bad internet signal (that part was true). He took me through a few dialogue boxes (thankfully I knew that I was not changing settings). He then tried to get me to download the programme. Thankfully I questioned it. He hung up. The number he called from was 02036

Scammers, it’s belongs to scammers I paid deposit through my bank transfer but went for collection my items no one turned up and number is not responding

Please watch out for these scumbags - they will also send a very official looking booklet claiming to be from Scottish Widows via e-mail A couple of guys calling themselves Tom & Jamie but when you try calling their number it doesn't connect They are very polite and professional on the phone If you send them any money you will never see it again - luckily we didn't get caught but it was close

I had received a text message from this mobile number with a link which is asking me to apply for the government £400 scheme for energy bills, the link looks genuine until it's asking me to add my details including bank account details

Beware of possible malicious of Fraudsters trying to call you. I answered this call on my phone but no one replied on the other end when i said Hello. 01560 485445 This number has now been permanently blocked on my phone. Don't answer unless you know for definite who is calling you. Just my advice.

Automated message, allegedly HMRC regarding returned correspondence and threatening legal action. Follows on from previous identical call yesterday from 07477192610 Fraud

Unsolicited call and suspect fraudulent use.

Claimed to be from RBS credit card fraud in relation to an SMS NHS Covid phishing attempt on my phone. Appeared plausible and had some detailed info on my account transactions, however, when calling the number on back of my card, they said they had no record of a call from RBS. Suspect they were trying to obtain additional information to also obtain on line banking log in.

Said they were calling to offer free inspection of loft insulation because the Government has designated some of the old stuff as "irritant". I asked who they represent and she said they work with a number of companies. I asked what her organisation was and she told me she'd get a manager to ring back in the next half hour.
