SCAM SCAMMERS from an Indian call centre again. Pertaining to be from BT trying to get remote access to my computer using Anydesk this time. After wasting their time and being put through their so-called senior technician, he told me to F**K OFF. That's what I call a real result.

Silent call, then hang up. Possibly trying to get return call to a premium rate number. I think the number shown on my mobile may be a spoof number to prompt me to reply and be diverted to the premium rate real number. This is the second time in 2 days I have reported a problem. Received a call from this number tonight Nd on 2 other occasions in the last week. The man told me I was due an upgrade on my O2 mobile - he said he was calling from O2 but knew nothing about my phone and started asking about my bill payments to which I said you should know this information if you re calling from O2 at this point he got agitated and said he was trying to do me a favour, that I was being argumentative and unhelpful - I reminded him that he d actually called me and that I was not interested

Obviously I didn't I hung up and blocked the number guessing if you press 1 it will charge you ridiculous amounts of money or will try scam you into giving more details either way I wasn't willing to find out if you get a call from this number or a similar message from a different number just hang up and block.
