This number is used by Boku, a phone collection service (based in San Fransico, USA - with supposedly Europe wide offices) that collects "subscriptions" from, normally inadvertantly, "subscribing" to on-line adverts, messages and web sites. Boku send you a confirmation text, using this number, to tell you that you have just subscribed again. To add to my previous comment, this number is also spam. I tried calling back this number and the other 07500, both gave engaged sounds and screen stated number was invalid. Vodafone had better sort this as I, and a few family members use Vodafone and have similar numbers!!
