Fraud - claim to be from HMRC and that there is a warrant for your arrest due to tax fraud. They might have some of your details so it seems real. Beware it's a scam. They said if you hang up the call, they will tell the courts you tried to run away from arrest, then they will fine you larger amounts. They tell you to stay on the line until they can get this sorted for you out of court and they're only trying to help you. They use multiple number including a cloned HMRC number. Avoid and block.
About some fraud and I needed to press 1 to speak to someone about it.

They rang me today lady with a strong asian accent, knew my name and postcode. (I didn t tell them they was correct with my name etc) when I ask who they was she gave a name I didn t believe. When I ask what the company was, she replied with f##k you and hung up. Absolute morons!!!!!

Yes, it s a shame there isn t a way to contact you directly. The story about the daughter n wife dying is one I have been told by others. Plus the immediate desire he had regarding spending his life with me was completely unreal! His pictures also infected my computer with viruses!! This number rang today but hung up part way through the answerphone message. After reading comments here and elsewhere, I rang and asked for our number to be removed from their database. The guy I spoke to was happy to do this and also happy to tell me that the third party from whom they receive numbers is Communications Avenue. Looks like these are the people we should really be shutting down. A quick Googke shows that they re based in Newark.
