Following up a comment that this number might be Friends of the Earth, I emailed FoE and was told the number is a fund-raising agency called Listen, used by FoE. At my request FoE has deleted my number. I suggest that anyone who keeps getting calls from this number also contacts FoE via the Contact Us form on the website, to ask for their phone details to be removed so no more calls are received.
Scam leaving voice messages saying there is a law suit against me and that if I don't act, my NIH number will be void. Phoned them back up, a gentleman in a call centre picked up, saying "HMRC, this is Steve speaking". I explained I had a call from this number about a law suit, he then asked for my name, which I gave him and he then said they can't find me in the system so he would need to ask for more information. To add to my previous comment, this number is also spam. I tried calling back this number and the other 07500, both gave engaged sounds and screen stated number was invalid. Vodafone had better sort this as I, and a few family members use Vodafone and have similar numbers!!
