BT openreach do not identify themselves as BT, the just say openreach - check the vans, they are a bt company and try to play it down 2. my contract is not with openreach, it is with vodaphone 3. Stated there was a £300 charge on my card and £1100 foreign charge. These people needs and deserved to go to the opposite side of heaven.
