Fraud SPAM SCAM A Mr. Ford claiming to be from HMRC, telling me that I have an outstanding debt of £545 which must be paid immediately, otherwise there will be a warrant issued for my arrest. I said that I didn't believe this was a genuine call, hung up and then called HMRC but couldn't get through. After an hour and half trying I gave up, but I don't believe they call people from mobile numbers and I know I don't owe anything.

The caller, Liam, claimed to be from Premier Rewards ... wanting to give me some money! Like, yeah!! I consider this to be a 'SPAM' call and potentially dangerous. The caller kept interrupting me - a known tactic from SPAM callers! My suggestion to anyone is to just Hang Up!

Fraud Automated system that tells you your card has been used and to cancel it press a number to speak to someone. always inform your card's fraud dept when you get one of these calls, give them the details of the call including the phone number and the date/time of the call along with the number that you were contacted from so they can get it investigated.

(????????????) ????????????-????????????????) email said Kaspersky "sent you an invoice for £539.10 GBP". I am not, and never have been, a customer of Kaspersky, so this was obviously a SCAM! I was called from this number this morning claiming to be from my bank. It was a recorded message and not a ‘live’ caller. I was informed there were two suspect transactions from my account and, if they weren’t from me, I should press 1 on my keypad. I hung up immediately, checked my bank account and saw that the transactions didn’t exist so I assume that this was an attempted scam.

Scammers pretending to be from my mobile company wanting to offer me a new deal then wanted my bank details & details about phone account but could not even provide my name from their records. Avoid at all costs.
