Caller claims to be from Openreach Titan telling us we are going to benefit from cheaper rates. When I asked for marketing material to be sent to me instead they went into panic overload! I believe this company to be cold calling with a view to trying to get you switch provider and possibly reduce your call costs.

Automated caller stating that my internet was to be disconnected as it had been compromised in several countries. I was advised to press 1 to be connected to an advisor who would then help me to change my IP provider ! This is not the first time I have had a call like this but from 2 different numbers.On the first occasion I ignored it and contacted my provider on that occasion who told me that it was a scam. Caller claimed to be fron accident investigation unit and wanted to know about an accident to someone on my phone number. When asked where he got the information he said the road safety authority. This is an authority in Ireland dealing with Irish roads. I an in England!!
