Once you press one, a very deep Asian sounding accent answers and asks you for your details. Which they should have since they claim to have opened a case against you. AO - checking through details of order, although seemed like just a cover for the fact they wanted to sell an extended warranty. When declined, aske why, but did then accept reasoning e.g. over time they really are not cost effective.
