Fraud Caller says they are from the fraud department of your credit card. They then say they are checking on a suspicious transaction which is bogus of course. They say they will block the account but only once they email you a one time pass code which they want read back to them. It’s a scam and was confirmed by the genuine fraud department once I called them.
SCAM ambulance chasers that don't even know if there's been an ambulance! Get a call from them every few days, consistent script: "We're calling from the Legal Department of MAUK" (there is a website for mauk.uk but no listing in Companies House, and the directory for the building in Reading they claim to be in doesn't include any such entity). I keep reporting the calls to ICO and TPS. You'd think the imbeciles would give up - it's been going on for years.

I received a text from 07547 153344 this morning claiming it was from Evri. It was about a missed parcel delivery and asked me to click on a link to complete a form to reschedule it. I have ignored it as I am not expecting a delivery and the message did not look like other messages I have received from Evri in the past.

These people have attempted to contact me on numerous occasions & are SCAMMERS/FRAUDSTERS claiming to be from the FINANCIAL CENTRE, a platform where Bitcoin is traded. They Stole approximately $50,000AUD from & there dodgy schemes & investments, they also stole in excess of $100,000 from a friend of mine. Fraud - phoned my 85 year old grandmother asking for her bank account details as Amazon had taken money from her account (they hadn’t).
I was called from this number this morning claiming to be from my bank. It was a recorded message and not a ‘live’ caller. I was informed there were two suspect transactions from my account and, if they weren’t from me, I should press 1 on my keypad. I hung up immediately, checked my bank account and saw that the transactions didn’t exist so I assume that this was an attempted scam.

Received text “Hey, long time no see, what have you been up to?” Likely some sort of scam, replying to them doesn't cost anything, however their way of speaking seems to be non-English native.

When told I work full time, received a copy and pasted answer about it being home-based which can be done at my convenience. Definitely not trustworthy.. A man with a very strong Indian accent said his name was James, called from this number saying he was from 3 mobile. He said it was regarding an "upgradetion" He didn't ask me to confirm even my name, but asked how much I was paying for my monthly contract. I told him if he was really from 3, he would already have access to that information, he didn't want to talk any more, and hung up on me. Definitely a SCAM!
Wife took a call on our landline from 'Amazon', for me saying (female voice, foreign accent) Prime membership was about to expire and I should renew at 79.99 or cancel. The call was not responded to. To my knowledge I'm not currently a prime member (and usually careful to not accidentally become so when ordering!). I would not expect such calls from Amazon anyway, so seems that Prime was being used as a excuse to go phishing/scamming?
