Asked me to log into a sight which showed about 6 error messages. Asked me to hold whist I was transferred to someone dealing with my “account”. Then put phone down and switched my lap top off. Called twice. First time line was silent. The second time 'Chris' telling me he was from an energy efficiency agency and my loft insulation was insufficient. He said that I could have a fee government survey. I told him I had a had a loft conversion, and there was no such thing as a government insulation survey. He hung up. Definite scam.
