My mum received a call at 9.00pm on Tuesday from an aggressive foreign man wanting to talk to her about the car accident she had had. He was a fraudster and a scammer and because my mum did not know that such people existed she asked him what accident he was talking about and proceeded to tell him about an accident that I had had last year and one that my mum and dad had had about ten years ago. Now he won t stop calling her and that night he scared her by saying he would be round first thing in the morning

When I called back I got an answerphone message saying they were Charity Checkout. Another annoying nuisance call.

Trying to sell life insurance.. The normal wolf or Wall Street type clapping in the background when they make a sale.. stay clear, pushy.. has an answer for everything type sales advisors. This number rang me twice in the space of 5mins, never spoke just hung up..I rang 1471, the reply sounded like a fax machine but not a fax machine. Still don't know who it is.
