SCAM Had a call from this number claiming to be from BT Internet support saying there was a problem with my IP address, I told them I am not with BT and would call my provider to verify. Be careful when answering a call from this number.

Fifteen calls from this and similar numbers in a week. It's getting annoying now.
This number has been "Spoofed" as there is no business in Neath where this number is based which is a lawyers etc. The number is being used by an overseas call centre to generate leads. DO NOT ANSWER OR DISCUSS AS THIS WILL ONLY MAKE IT WORSE!!!! You will get further calls as they pass your number on as a "live" number.

Fraud apparently from HMRC telling me a fraud had been committed in my name and if I didn’t press 1 a warrant would be issued for my arrest. Came through on my mobile phone.

Got a call from 01246 255920 it was the same company UK Finance who keep ringing me on different numbers. They said i am due 10 year bank charges but could not tell me which bank. I just keep them on the line saying i need to write the number down then can't find my glasses etc. It must be 6 times they have called asking me to ring 0913 1240 871 which could cost me around £25 a call as it is a premium number. Of course once i do ring 0913 they can then release my cheque. I must have wasted at least an hour

SCAM this phone number 02082679030 called me making out the are from virgin media saying my internet is not secure and they said there were other people logged on with me and they were going to show me how my internet was not secure but it is a scam because they would want to log onto my computer but I'm using windows 10 which doesn't allow for other people to log onto my computer so beware that this number is a scam.

BT openreach do not identify themselves as BT, the just say openreach - check the vans, they are a bt company and try to play it down 2. my contract is not with openreach, it is with vodaphone 3.
