rang three times and rang off immediately when I queried. I tried to ring back and was told to select between 1, complaints and enquires, and 2, to have detials removed. I pressed one and was held for 3 mins before the line went dead. that happened twice.

If you get a call you should answer or call back as the problem is that the initial database maker sells your number on to other junk call companies. If you have a call from them you should call the number back and ask for James, the call centre manager and demand where they got your number from. I have a sunbed shop in Bacup OL13. I was given the telephone number off a referral and spoke with Jason. I was paying £2,147 per year. Jason and his team got me exempt. I got 2 years rebate (which was nice) and now I do not pay Rates to the Council until at least 2021. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
