The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. There is a National Insurance scam which seems to be using numbers starting 0777151. It calls you on your 0777151..... number then uses your number as a mask to call other people so they believe you called them. Quite annoying.

Had a missed call, phoned back, they claimed they were trying to help me process refunds from banks/credit card companies. Hung up on me when I said it wasn t applicable to me.

I had a message from this number +44 1252 560473, I ve googled it and it brought me to this website, I ve also sent it to the real paypal support team, the message I have is. " Dear ......, we ve detected unauthorized access to your PayPal account. Please log in at https://supportpaypal.net/ to unlock your account." I know full well my account is in fully working order, just wanted to share this with everyone

This comes up as a Liverpool number .of is a company dealing with PPI. Very polite young man who was straight to the point regarding what the call was for. After asking a few questions, the usual ones about whether I d had any loans, credit cards, catalogues etc, he said he would get the system updated so that they didn t call again. Just about the most polite call I ve ever had regarding PPI!!

Received a call from this number tonight Nd on 2 other occasions in the last week. The man told me I was due an upgrade on my O2 mobile - he said he was calling from O2 but knew nothing about my phone and started asking about my bill payments to which I said you should know this information if you re calling from O2 at this point he got agitated and said he was trying to do me a favour, that I was being argumentative and unhelpful - I reminded him that he d actually called me and that I was not interested

i have has several calls a day in the last couple of weeks from this "company" asking for someone ive never heard of,my landline is ex directory,when told this they say its the number they have been given for contact by this person,ive told them they are wrong,go check the address they have for this person,then check the electoral role for who lives at my address,,they replied with"we have no address for the client as it was done online,,what utter rubbish,ive had enough and im losing patience
