I keep receiving multiple calls from this number as well as other local area code numbers on both my landline and mobile. No messages are left and when I did pick up once, they hung up. I am presuming it s a telemarketer.

SCAM: Obviously a spoofed number- supposedly calling from my local area. An Indian sounding woman announced herself and said she was calling from BT. I don't have my phone line from BT, so I put on a silly voice & asked her if it was nice where she was, or was it raining? She ended the call.
Phone only rang a couple of times and before I could get to it they hung up. No idea who they were.

I think the number shown on my mobile may be a spoof number to prompt me to reply and be diverted to the premium rate real number. This is the second time in 2 days I have reported a problem.
