Unsolicited call. The caller claimed to be my policy advisor. I asked what company and what policy. All I got in response was "i'm your policy advisor". I hung up. 15 second call. Definite scam. I keep getting these calls from mobile numbers which have the same first few digits as my own, I never answer them, but they must be dangerous.

Just called my landline. Male indian type accent - Slow speaker, used some strange (not common english) phrases, poor to understand what he was talking about. Something to do with BT landline costs. Talking about half price (or free) for next few months. He knew my postcode and clearly my landline number. I hung up at that point. I suspect a scam of some sort - but did not want to invest further time on it. A nuisance call.
