Whoever this is phoned from Russell Coates Road in Bournemouth and I am in Scotland purporting to know that he had a report about the type of insulation I have in my house. When asked how he knew this he replied " thankyou for your time - goodbye" and put the phone down. Obviously a scammer so be aware.
