Claimed to be from TALKTALK technical dept, asking whether i had problems with internet. I'm aware of these scams so played along for a while and it was the usual thing; they get you to look up Windows Eventviewer , see the number of 'errors', say 'Oh my God', then tell you it can be fixed by doing what they say. They were about to ask me to download some software called Teamviewer which facilitates remot access between PCs. [You can see where this would go.] I got fed up then and told caller they must thin
