They seem to think that if they start by saying that it is 'about your accident' they are more likely to continue the conversation and that I will want them to represent me. Of course, they are just guessing but surely any sensible person that has had an accident will not be fooled into choosing to use such a firm that uses such a pathetic opening gambit?
