Fraud - automated message saying my National Insurance number had been compromised.

Call center Claimed to be from Carphone warehouse. said my number had been selected for a promotion, talking over me. When I said STOP, how did you get my number, they rang off. Number now blocked.
Received a text message that looks like a parcel delivery scam from this number.
Rang 3 am - number Unknown - very annoying.

SCAM Number called my mobile, Computer message saying I have purchased a moblie phone from Amazon, if I haven't made such a purchase then to press 1, which presumably takes me on to a Premium Line. Worrying bit is, this number is very close to mine.
