NEVER return a call to an unknown number as you may be calling a Premium Rate or International number which will add a very large charge to your bill.

It was a missed call that didn't leave a message, but it could be Premier Inn as for the commenter ('K') above; we have a reservation to stay there soon.
They call and ask you for a one time payment to support a magazine to go into schools regarding bullying. ONCE. ONE TIME ONLY. You do not sign a contract, you do not enter into an agreement. They then persistently call you and ask you for more money as apparently you have entered into a contract. Just called my landline. Male indian type accent - Slow speaker, used some strange (not common english) phrases, poor to understand what he was talking about. Something to do with BT landline costs. Talking about half price (or free) for next few months. He knew my postcode and clearly my landline number. I hung up at that point. I suspect a scam of some sort - but did not want to invest further time on it. A nuisance call.
