SCAM They have rang at least three times every day but I have always missed them due to being in work. Finally rang them back today where they tried to take my name because they needed to know who I was. I asked them to clarify why they were ringing first and they said they were part of plains helpline which deals with injury claims. I told them they must have it wrong as I haven't got an injury claim to which they hung up straight away!
