Person, who gave me a name, claimed to be from BT Technical Department. She asked if my broadband connection had been slower than usual lately. She said they were experiencing trouble from hackers. She asked me to go to my computer and she could help. I declined. I subsequently call BT who confirmed that the real BT had NOT tried to contact me. The BT lady said it was a scam call

Told me I had won a competition. then the next call from another number telling me the same thing. Blocked every number they have called from but they are still getting through!! nightmare! OFCOM should get on the case and stop this sh**.
