These people keep calling my Mother who is in her eighties. It is so annoying as she is frail & frightened but they will not give up, she now does not answer the phone unless she recognises the number.

The person knew my name and address BUT the wrong postcode - it was way off! As I said it was the wrong postcode they asked me for mine which I refused to give and told them as they had the wrong information I was not the person they needed.

SCAM Claimed she was "'Yennifer' from 'Wirgin' media technical department"! Woman had very 'thick' 'Indian'-style accent. She said "oh, oh, oh," when I said I was busy & I would ring Virgin later. Back again, they phoned my mobile yesterday and today my landline. Local garage had my contact numbers 2 years ago when I bought a car. In the past has just been postal advertising. The number is in Runcorn so misrepresentation of fact! Answered the phone with what are you selling, told them not to phone again as I don t want to buy a car. she calls every day and says i need to check information on your company so I say can you please email the questions so I have it in writing and she says I can t do that and I say well if I take your name and number we can call you back and she said her company don t receive incoming calls so she said she would ring again.
