This number comes from a agency in London working on behalf of the times newspaper. If you answer them tell them you want their registered address so you can bill them ?10 per minute, that ll get rid of them, but if the do recall then send them a invoice sent as tracked, and they have to pay you if you pursue to a small debt court. Someone just called me on this number. I could hardly understand a word he said - he was shouting over a lot of noise in the background. He said he was from the NHS and wanted to discuss Covid symptoms so I asked him what the first digit of my NHS number is and he hung up. Clearly didn't fancy the 10/1 odds of being able to guess it correctly...
