SCAM
Caller insisted on knowing if I have been in a car crash and when it was. Failed to provide proof of identification, beyond the details given. Failed to explain who Gotham UK are.
I just missed several calls from this no. after 6pm this evening. I didn t recognise it so I didn t call back. I m a Tesco Mobile phone user in Co. Kerry and recently signed up for a Tesco online shopping account, and had to give my tel. no. as part of the registration process. I don t know who was phoning me from this no. but I DO KNOW that I specifically opted OUT from receiving calls or emails for research purposes. As my no. is otherwise private and I have never received a call from outside the Repu
I get a lot of these nuisance accident claim calls but this was the first to my mobile. I blame the car insurance companies selling on contact details.

I keep getting these calls from mobile numbers which have the same first few digits as my own, I never answer them, but they must be dangerous.
SCAM offered loan but sounded too good to be true then at the end of the phone call he said you've to pay the insurance first which is the first installment then your next payment will be 2 months away. Anonymous
Obvious scam call.
SCAM / SPAM cold call to mobile, no message left on voicemail so presume scam or chasing fictitious accident claims. Number now blocked
Ignored the call, no message left

Just called my landline. Male indian type accent - Slow speaker, used some strange (not common english) phrases, poor to understand what he was talking about. Something to do with BT landline costs. Talking about half price (or free) for next few months. He knew my postcode and clearly my landline number. I hung up at that point. I suspect a scam of some sort - but did not want to invest further time on it. A nuisance call.
Scam, pretending to be insurance company, ringing about our roof damage (!) of which we have none.
