Call regarding upgrading tosmart meters and gas and electric, did not know if I was the bill payer or not and also thought o was on a prepayment meter. Did not trust them one bit especially calling from a landline. I ve heard of companies like this calling you and making out you agreed to some sort of upgrade or even switching your account when you haven t. Don t agree to anything or simply just don t answer.
