I answered and a English lady in what sounded like an office like background noise explained she was calling from the Advisory centre or service. She asked if I was someone by the name of Mrs.Wheeler, which I was not. I politely said no, and I don t know if I was meant to hear the next bit, as she may have thought she had hung up before she said it. Called twice today by this number. The Silent Treatment! No sound, no voices. Very Irritating. I did phone KnowHow Service this morning but not at this number. I was told to expect a return call from their Service agent in 2-4 days.

Automated call, phone today, Saturday asking for ***** press 1 if this is you, which it wasn t, but still went on with ref number and when to call their office, then gave a totally different number to the one shown on my caller id. Me thinks it is either ppi or debt collector? Looking at the comments, it looks like debt collector. The government should look to ban these scumbuckets! If you owe money then it should be the the people you know that chase you, not these rats!

Keep calling our doctor s surgery reporting to be Public Health England. Apparently do not accept return calls and need to speak to every GP in England. Will not state what the call is about

I didn't answer this call because an automated voice claims to be from BT and that there is a problem with the Internet and to press 1. Never answer future calls from this...

I said "yes, I had lots of accidents. which one specifically are you referring to? Which date? Which car?" He could not give me the details. I told him it was strange that he had my name and phone number but no details of my accident. I suggested that his records were in fact just a telephone directory. He hung up.

These people keep calling my Mother who is in her eighties. It is so annoying as she is frail & frightened but they will not give up, she now does not answer the phone unless she recognises the number.
