I received an automated voice call from this number, telling me that they were from my Internet provider and my Internet services will be disconnected due to illegal use. They requested me to "press 1 to speak to an advisor" but I hung up. I then returned the call from my landline and received an automated reply telling me that nobody was available to take my call. Obviously a scam, so beware!

Received a call at 14.27 p.m. from Barclays/Barclaycard saying that two transactions had been made this morning. One for £2000.- and another one for £700.-plus. If I agree to this transaction press one, if I want to speak to someone press two. I pressed two. Then there was a pause and after a while the person with an American accent said good buy.

I had a call from 01135190541 and my phone said potential fraud. When I knocked it off, I had a phone call straight after from 01135190548. That said suspected spam, so I knocked it off. Straight after that, I had this phone number call me, but it knocked itself off. My phone said suspected spam too. I'm blocking these numbers. Don't answer them.
It is an automatic voice that claims to be from "your bank" saying it has suspicious activity - asking you to click a button to verify or speak to someone. I hung up. Cold-calling scam regarding "financial market investments", likely based overseas as the caller's proferred name did not seem to correlate with their accent. Nervous laughter and unconvincing denial from the caller when accused of being a scammer and asked if they were based in Kolkata. Avoid.
