2 missed calls from this number to my personal mobile today. I have been a member of the Labour Party for 6 years and presumably that it why I was called. It is different to other numbers used by Labour when, say, trying to get money from me. Presumably the nature of the call (had I answered) would have been along the lines of other calls from this number listed on this page.

This is the first unwanted call to have got through to us after we bought a BT call blocker phone 2 months ago.

These cold callers are annoying. If its not PPi, or accident, or people trying to sell you fake goods, its money making scum trying to scam you. Call received 10.31 hours on Wednesday, 23rd June 2017. No message received, so I didn t pick up the phone. I don t recognise this number and don t want to speculate with no further information. Suspicious of those who will not leave a message and Dorset is a high scam area in the UK. Better to be cautious.

automated message stating someone trying to take £600,00 off my bank card from abroad

They lead you to believe that they are calling for feedback on your order. They do not state that this is a sales call regarding extended warranty - which is exactly what they are doing. They make it seem that it is a fee-free service being offered and only mention the cost at the end. They offered me a warranty on 3 appliances for ?200 pounds a year but phrase it as this is only ?1.50 for your appliance. Very dubious sales tactics. I would not be remotely interested.
