Caller didn t introduce herself. Said I had been in a non-fault accident. Said that was incorrect so she said very in a very morose tone that I d be removed from database and hung up on me. Asked where she was calling from and she wouldn t answer nor would she say how she got my number. She didn t even know my name so how she thought I was in an accident I don t know.

PPI Scammers, do not respond to their text. You do not need to text STOP as you haven t opted in to anything. Texting STOP just helps the criminals by verifying that your number is in use.

One person called (speaking in Urdu) on my business phone number and asked for the owner of the business, I said call in the morning, the person asked for the owner's name, I said I can't give you the name, call in the morning. Apparently (according to the recorded message, not a real person talking) there is a warrant registered with HMRC against my name for fraud, and if I don't press 1 to connect to an operator, I will be arrested shortly. It is a scam and we did transfer money but stopped order..all the amounts are for just over 2k paid into our account and we transferred just under 2k back into their bank. you ll see the money go into your account then they re desperate for you to pay the overpaid balance, they then cancel the dodgy cheaque within 2 days...Don t do it, the tel number is bogus and so is the address...
Call started by announcing there is a criminal cade registered against me for tax evasion.. so I hung up and blocked the number!
