If you have made a comment, or complaint, about a road or pavement, either by email, letter or telephone, this is the generic telephone number they will call you back on. They did telephone me back later the same day. No good trying to call them back, it is not a manned line.

This bunch have called me twice in as many days. I just had another call tonight. I m also registered with the TPS. Neither myself or my wife are in debt, but automated recordings are not to know that as the call bot relentlessly churns through its number database. This number has been "Spoofed" as there is no business in Neath where this number is based which is a lawyers etc. The number is being used by an overseas call centre to generate leads. DO NOT ANSWER OR DISCUSS AS THIS WILL ONLY MAKE IT WORSE!!!! You will get further calls as they pass your number on as a "live" number.
