Apparently carphone warehouse from someone selling your data to them. Make a point of asking to speak with their legal dept, they won't pass you through but they'll remove you from the calling list pretty quickly.

She asked how she could help me to which I replied, "I don't know, you called me!" Then she hung up on me.
