Contacted from this number by automated contact stating it was ‘bank security’ advising I had money taken from my account and asking me to press a number to speak to someone. Did not feel it was genuine at all.

On Evri website, Evri state that if you have missed a parcel, you don't need to do anything as a redelivery will be attempted next day. Scam. Beware.
