This number would appear to be à Plymouth number. However it is a recorded English voice about payments I have tried to make to Amazon and an International Money transfer.it is clearly a highly dangerous scam and similar to a call I had the other day from a different number with an American style voice. They don’t know your name or your card company

SCAM the person on the phone was asian caller from India very hard to understand as he refused to provide with clear details of the company that he was ringing on behalf of, rushed his words when told to speak slower and clearly he made out he did not understand wanting me to stay on the phone for longer but I put the phone down after frustration even after I tried to give him my time to talk to me clearly being if asian background myself but he kept going off topic, very suspicious caller do not trust.

Called me twice. Today I checked the number. The pitch: calling from my mobile provider to offer a 30% discount off my bill, then they want to know how much you pay for your bill. If you say sure - they will try and set this up on the phone, or direct you to your provider website. like this is an option, I chose my provider's website, they hung up. Today's call it was the 30% discount again - and hung up.

Automated call to say that there had been fraudulent activity on our bank account. Then gave 2 amounts. £250 and £1000. (or so).from Amazon. We have had 3 similar calls in the last 3 days. All from different numbers. No money has gone from our account and no bank name was given and therefore I presume that it was a scam.

After pressing one international old tone kicks in and accented woman answers 'hello' No way is this anything to do with banking or fraudulent payments. Be careful.
This is a scam. Told I owed money ($4000) form a credit card I had from 2010 to 2016. Would not give me proof of the debt. I never had a credit card during that time period. Said they are going to try to take $8400 from my bank account by serving papers to the county clerk that is in my county. I spoke to a couple of attorneys which said it sounds like a scam. SCAM - home appliance washing machine. Young lady, sounded like a human not a recording, British accent, told me (using my name) that she was calling about teh washing machine policy registered at my address (which worryingly she also knew). This is a well known scam. I told her that she knew as well as I did that there was no such thing and suggested she get herself a proper job.
