they called me too, they said theyre from the church and theyre hoping to get a donation.

got an email saying i was eligible for a tax refund aparantly this is a scam and the sender should be tracked and prosecuted.

Answered the phone and upon saying "hello" the caller hung up. I have now blocked the number.

Not expecting a call from a broadband provider haven t given my number to anyone regarding broadband or phone, this man saying they are EE. Although polite enough, I was polite on BOTH occasions they called, 2.30pm and 19.33. I asked them not to call me again the first time around and I asked them AGAIN this evening, so nuscience calls now. Blocked.

We are NOT in any way associated to the people making these calls. They use our name as a cover. We have reported this to the relevant authorities on a number of occasions. This number rang my 84 year old mother and told her that her boiler warranty is about to run out (her boiler is very old and as far as she knows she s never had a warranty on it.) They persuaded her to sign up for a new warranty and she gave her bank card details. I m going to take her to the bank tomorrow to find out how much they took from her card.
