Not totally sure whether they're just a call centre or a scam, but they seemed to have some patchy information about our company and tried using it to speak to someone (the wrong person, just a name they'd found who knows where) about our payment systems, claiming to be from "DNA Payments". I couldn't tie this number to that company online so I assumed it was fake and blocked the number.
Recorded message Stating they are from visa and saying £900 has been taking form a visa account. I hung up before it got to the end.

I got a phone call from this number, as I did the 1471 to hear the number back. The man said his name was John and wanted to speak to my brother. He new his name and said he owed money and they wished to speak to him. My mother answered the call but wouldn t give up any details, but she kept asking them questions about who they were and why they were ringing. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION AWAY!! A foreign caller rings every morning around 9.30 and sometimes in the evenings around 6.30 and asks me to complete a survey that will take 30 seconds. I have done this once (it takes a good 5 minutes) and a second time giving totally random answers. Now I lift the handset but say nothing and they ring off almost immediately.
