This number calls every so often asking for Mark and also sends texts offering a free laptop. I tried telling them they had the wrong number before I found out it was a marketing ploy. Just tell them to f**k off now!

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. SCAM / SPAM Recorded message saying it's the HMRC that there is a fraud case in my name I have to press 1 now. Obviously I didn't I hung up and blocked the number guessing if you press 1 it will charge you ridiculous amounts of money or will try scam you into giving more details either way I wasn't willing to find out if you get a call from this number or a similar message from a different number just hang up and block.
They rang me today. They target business scamming for you to place an ad in a non-existant magazine normally say they are from the police and then say there is nothing to worry about. Dont be fooled by these theiving parasites.
