I think this is a boiler room operation, touting for investment. Even after you tell them where to get off, they still call back many times. A boiler room operation is one which hypes "investments" which probably don t exist and you lose your money. Worryingly they knew my name.

When I asked him for the identity of the PC and its serial number so I could identify which of the 200 PCs at my location was the issue he blathered a bit and then when I asked him which of the Police Constables he wished to speak to he hung up. Fraud Left a computerised voicemail claiming that my Amazon account had been compromised, and that a refurbished iPhone had been ordered, costing over £300. Message was threatening to close my account if I don’t press 1, to speak to ‘Amazon primes fraud department’. Funnily enough, there’s no order on my account!

Recorded Message received at 13:29 on 1st Nov 2018 claiming to be Nicole from BT saying that my IP address had been compromised and that if I pressed 1 on my handset that their engineers would rectify the problem, otherwise ALL of our internet and Wi-Fi service would be suspended within 24 hours (see also 01939848683) for same threatening message.

had 2 calls from this company answered on both occasions. they claimed to be a debt consolodation company and wanted to help with my debts. I had 4 calls on the same day from 4 different companys offering the same service and everyday since ive been getting text messages from loan companys. I did however ask "cleanslate" for a contact number to contact them and they was unable to give me one. obviously a scam
