Fraud Left a computerised voicemail claiming that my Amazon account had been compromised, and that a refurbished iPhone had been ordered, costing over £300. Message was threatening to close my account if I don’t press 1, to speak to ‘Amazon primes fraud department’. Funnily enough, there’s no order on my account!
SCAM txt to say you have been in contact with covid, get a test. Puts you through to a fake website and wants a pound for the tests. Looks real, done like an nhs website, very clever but fake just the same

SCAM had my name and was trying to get details like age and if I was a smoker out of me. While I was talking he googled the number to see if it’s from the pension company he was claiming he was from. It didn’t come up so I told him it’s a scam and i’m giving his number to the police. He began to cuss me out and said “you’re a waste of time. Go jump off a bridge and kill yourself” and then he hung up the phone. He was trying to force an english accent but was definitely foreign. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

I left this comment on the Voxbone SA Scam Number function, which is apart of their website. Number seems to possibly be a missed call scam of a 0845 number. The number calls at around exactly the same time everyday, and leaves a voicemail that is completely blank. The idea of the scam is to make the mobile owner not pick up, but cost them on their next bill. Even though the caller did not initiate the call, the phone company will state they did. And the customer will have no choice but to pay. I may be wro
