Indian callers claim to be from windows.they will tell you your computer has been sending them error reports.they then ask you to turn your computer on and then tell you how to fix the problem.they get you to switch on remote access.then they control your computer and have access to all bank,credit card and password details that have been entered.NEVER DO THIS !!! please report to your local police

Only know the number because I was randomly charged ?99.99 !! Which is the first random I ve ever encountered while Internet /phone shopping I did receive a random info booklet on holidays a few months / lots of weeks before anyway this number was attached to the payment from my account the only thing I can suggest is to report the company to whomever and to contact your bank stating that a fraudulent company has your card details if you do recieve a catalog from them. Saying that there was no other warning

Yes, it s a shame there isn t a way to contact you directly. The story about the daughter n wife dying is one I have been told by others. Plus the immediate desire he had regarding spending his life with me was completely unreal! His pictures also infected my computer with viruses!! rang three times and rang off immediately when I queried. I tried to ring back and was told to select between 1, complaints and enquires, and 2, to have detials removed. I pressed one and was held for 3 mins before the line went dead. that happened twice.
