Genuine survey company doing government funded research. Got some numbers at the end to verify they are legit. If you re complaining about the state of the country but not willing to partake in research to help improve it then stop moaning!! TNS are a genuine company. I too am in the machinery awaiting PIP decision. However, this call was Fri 5 pm. I believe they would be off home at that day/time, hot foot gale!
Electronic voice warned me that my TalkTalk internet would be disconected this evening and gave me the option to either press 1 to keep it or 2 to disconnect. Goodness knows what would have happened if I had pressed either number. I logged in to TalkTalk and of course there was no mention of a disconnection.

Called up at 7pm. Told my life insurance was awful And how it wasn t the right one for me. After what can only be described as border line bullying I went to speak to one of there "qualified" advisors. Turned out it was some wise boy who tried to make me spend more than I was already paying for less cover. Complete waste of time I d avoid using them at all costs.
