Call center saying I have a account with bit coins and need to update my account details so money can be transferred to my bank account. The man new my name and second name and needed to to verify me with my license or passport details.
It rang me twice. I withheld my number and rang back - got a recorded message then rock music. I suspect it's dodgy.

I'm not sure if this number is a scam or not because my card had stopped working the day before, but would always recommend if you need to contact the bank then google what their phone number is and ring that one, NOT the number a message asks you to call (for coop bank it should be 0345 721 2212)
After endless repeated attempts from scammers trying to phish me. I dont answer strange numbers, especially ones that dont leave a message. Called to say there was unverified items on my account, to press 1 for me recognizing them or 2. No names given as to who calling, I did nothing and put phone down.
