Called me in the middle of an important interview. Very unwanted and not the first time.

Called me twice now with no-one speaking and a click, then phone is dead. Really weird...like they are waiting for an older person to answer so they can con them.....sorry, just really cynical.

I find it very irritating when I haven't given my number out I had 2 calls today & do not wish to have any more.

Scam. Claiming to be from Microsoft about hackers accessing computer and installing dangerous software on it. Have your name and address (easily available from phone book) to add 'authenticity'. Had fun winding them up as obviously a scam. They just want access to your computer so don't engage with them.

I m so glad i Googled the number while talking to this lovely lady, yes all fair and well it might a great deal and for a worthy cause but I m already giving to my own choice of charity so was not prepared to risk 79.99 being taken from my account should i miss the cut off point or they take it earlier than stated. Silent call. No response to "Hello" and they hung up. Getting a lot of these very suspect calls from various numbers lately, almost one a day.

Another number to avoid from a call centre. Asked for me by name even although it was my business line they called.

Like last commenter yes they use a network of number local and otherwise in the hope u ll pick up the phone They have been phoning my house phone for months with an automated man message And now they have my mobile number Great! Too much of our information is easily accessed by these people under the credit rules What happened to data protection law?!? Don t answer them tell them nothing and completely ignore them

had a call from this number twice in 24 hours. telling me they had information about me working in the industry? when I questioned this the caller kept asking me to confirm my details, which I refused and got annoyed and hung up. He called back within a minute and became abusive telling me he needed answers as he was doing a honest days work. I a afraid I got really rude with him at this point and slammed the phone down again
