On average I am getting three to four calls a day on my mobile, which I have now blocked, and two a day on my land line. It is bordering on harassment. Is there a legal process...

I got 2 short calls and before I could pick up they stopped. I don't know this number or anyone I know personally who would have this number.

Answered as wasn't looking at who was calling so ignored the silence on the other end and hung up. Junk marketing probably

Keep calling my elderly father. Say they're from BT and threatening to cut off his connection. When I phone them back they don't answer but it's a Sky voicemail.

they called and when I called number was put through to Legal claims when woman answered. I told her in no uncertain terms I did not require their calls or services and asked to be taken off their list. She informed me it was her only job. Does that give them rights to annoy people

I m so glad i Googled the number while talking to this lovely lady, yes all fair and well it might a great deal and for a worthy cause but I m already giving to my own choice of charity so was not prepared to risk 79.99 being taken from my account should i miss the cut off point or they take it earlier than stated. Stay Clear of them, they are a RIGHT HASSLE, if you have to deal with them, try and record the conversation, and TELL them you are recording THEM.. Ask for their transcript in writing after any conversation.

When ringing back, message states "the number you have dialled has not been recognised"
