We are carrying out a telephone campaign due to new Data Protection regulations that come into place on May 25th to ensure we contact you only if you want to be contacted and to update your preferences. SCAM Said he from Virgin Media and was calling about my broadband. Said was not with VM but he insisted it was still important because VM supply all the broadband suppliers use the VM server. When I started challenging him he hung up.
Call center: guy claiming for be from by openreach wanting me to tell him all about my internet setup, and telling me to connect to the internet on my laptop as there is an issue with my broadband speed. sounds like a scam to me, broadband is working fine!
