Company rang twice yesterday, twice today They Always start the call, is that the manager? Yesterday they were asking who the Electricity supplier was. Told them not interested, had entered 2 year contract 2 years ago with Scottish Power. SPAM - i work at a hotel and this number has phoned repeatedly and no one is on the end of the line then the line goes dead, cannot call the numbers back as they are not in service - also call on 3 or 4 different numbers other than this
Just received a call that it transpires was from 07791412013 - phone display said External Call, the number was not shown. Picked up and the line went dead. Dialled 1471 and this number was quoted. Tried dialling and it said the number was not recognised, therefore it was a spoofed number. Have to conclude the masking of the number means it was dangerous.

Automated call stating that the call was from Amazon Prime and that the prime account was going to auto re-new imminently by direct debit. If I wanted to speak to someone then hang on the line... Strange as I don't have an Amazon Prime account... so go figure... Also tried phoning number back and "lo and behold" the number is not recognised... I would be VERY aware of this...

Have just had similar calls saying I would receive hundreds of calls. Confirmed name and postcode but when started on expiry date of card put phone down . Lady with Indian accent.
These people called concerning PPI. I was foolish enough to reply STOP and it charged my 50 pence. Clearly, this is a scam and these people must be stopped before they de-fraud more users.
