Apparently (according to the recorded message, not a real person talking) there is a warrant registered with HMRC against my name for fraud, and if I don't press 1 to connect to an operator, I will be arrested shortly. I had a few missed calls from this number and Googled it as I didn t recognise it. I found lots of comments saying it was a fundraising company asking for more money for the RSPCA which I give directly to. I used the number which a couple of people provided to have my number taken off the list which is an automated service. It takes seconds, asks you to key in your number, confirms it and then says your number will be removed within 1 day. You don t have to speak to anyone at all - cold callers or customer

SCAM Avoid like the plague. left message saying your internet will be turned off within 24 to 48 hours, then to press 1 to speak to a technition. Glad i didnt as scam and scum who are doing this. Total scum, i could say a lot more stronger what i think of them, hope Police catch up with them and thrown in jail and toss the key down a drain. PS, an internet search on Google came up with a Vodaphone Mobile being used in Manchester England.

Asian/Indian scam caller about cover for sky box. when asked why he was calling ex-directory and TPS registered number he became abusive and rang off. geo-location puts him in middle of Trafalgar Square although he claims he is in Scotland! this is same guy who rang in mid December but then he was using 02037 694278. treat number as dangerous and report it to Ofcom, TPS and ICO
